What Aurelle promises

  • A reply within five working days, if you gave an email address.
  • A confirmed mistake is fixed or explained within 14 days.
  • The fix is dated on the page and in the log below.
  • Nothing is removed from the log.

What counts

A statement that is wrong or out of date, a price or term that does not match what is charged, a broken link, a wrong date. If you are unsure, report it anyway.

To complain about a seat holder, use the complaints form instead. Aurelle cannot answer questions about your own situation.
