Bureau: a weekly show under your firm's name
Clients watch video before they call. Bureau scripts, records and cuts one episode a week to your compliance rules, and delivers it with the pack your reviewer needs.
What a firm gets
Every week, a question your clients ask, scripted to your compliance rules, recorded with your host in one session, cut, captioned and delivered with the pack your reviewer needs. It is made for your firm and carries your firm's name.
- Launch PackCAD 950
Four episodes, your template and your first compliance pack.
- Weekly retainerfrom CAD 1,100a month
One episode a week with its pack, from a single host to a full roster. Up to CAD 4,000 a month. The call sets the number, and Aurelle sends it in writing before any work starts.
How it works
A call to set the rules
Your compliance rules, your reviewer, your hosts, and anything you do not want said.
Scripts to your reviewer
Nothing is recorded until your reviewer has cleared the script. Aurelle's editors check sources and arithmetic. They do not give compliance sign-off.
One recording session a month
Several episodes in one sitting.
Delivery every Tuesday
The episode, captions and the compliance pack.
What is in the compliance pack
- The script as your reviewer cleared it, with the reviewer's name and the date.
- Each source, linked, with the date it was checked.
- Every disclosure used in the episode, and where it appears.
- The final video with captions, and a copy for your records.
- A change log, if the script changed after it was cleared.
A sample pack with invented content will be posted here before the first sale.
The rules Aurelle keeps on a firm's show
- Every episode opens with "Made for [firm name] by Aurelle", and its description says the firm pays for it. It is the firm's content, not Aurelle's editorial.
- Episodes explain rules and options in general terms. They do not give advice about a viewer's situation or pitch a financial product.
- Aurelle's own show is separate. No firm pays to appear on it, and buying Bureau has no effect on a seat decision.
