Where your application stands
There is no applicant login yet. Aurelle emails you at every change of stage, and you can ask for the current stage at any time.
Status, November 4, 2026. Applications are open. No seat is elected before the first election in January 2027.
| Stage | What it means | When |

| 1. Received | Aurelle has your application and has not yet looked at it. | From the day you send it. |
| 2. Registrations checked | Aurelle has compared your registrations with the regulators' public registers and emailed you the result. | Within 14 working days of receiving your application. |
| 3. Part 2 | Aurelle is waiting for your client list and signed statements, or for your clients' reviews. | The clock stops while Aurelle waits for you or your clients. |
| 4. With Aurelle Standards | Everything is in, and the reviewers are deciding. | A written decision within 30 working days of having everything, and not before the first election in January 2027. |
| 5. Decided | Elected: an invoice follows, and your profile goes live when it is paid. Not elected: you get the reasons in writing and may appeal within 30 days. Withdrawn: you asked to stop, and Aurelle deletes your application on request. | Emailed the day it is decided. |
Ask where yours stands
Write to hello@aurelle.institute from the address on your application and give the date you applied. If you have not heard within 14 working days, write the same way.
What counts toward the 30 days
The 30 working days start on the day Aurelle has everything it needs: the application, the client list, the signed statements and the clients' replies. Time spent waiting for you or your clients does not count.
